The RCMP Musical Ride is a world-famous troop of 32 uniformed riders that perform cavalry drills choreographed tomusic. Its origins can be traced back to the early days of the North West Mounted Police, when members entertained themselves in-between drills by competing and performing feats. Between May and October, the RCMP Musical Ride travels to more than 50 communities across Canada toperform and help raise funds for local charities and organizations.
