This is a 1764-A (Monnaie de Paris) French Colonies Billon Silver Sou Marque PCGS AU58 (About/Almost Uncirculated 58). This coin is from the Sydney F. Martin Collection who was one of the “world’s leading expert on early American coins” (StacksBowers). The coin has a touch of wear on the high points with a decent strike overall having strong elements of the design visible and well contrasted by the surfaces. There is a little tiny bit of greenish stuff in the center under the crown and the plastic slab itself has a little bit of sticker residue, but it should be able to come off without harming the plastic.
