Silver, Alloy standard of silver: 925. Weight of coin, g: 33.62. Fine silver content, g: 31.1. Diameter, mm: 38.61. The coins have the shape of a circle, on the obverse and reverse sides there is an edging protruding along the circumference. Lateral surface of coins with a notch. At the top left – a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus, in the center – a stylized inscription in two lines: REPUBLIC OF BELARUS; below – a composition of children’s drawings; on the left – the denomination of 20 RUBLES (on a silver coin) and 1 RUBEL (on a copper-nickel coin), the year of issue and the proof of the alloy (on a silver coin). In the center – a composition that combines the various stages of ripening and harvesting flax: flowers, fruits and sheaves; below – an inscription in a circle: THE LIGHT OF VACHYMA DZYATSEY. The design of the coin used compositions from drawings of children aged 13 to 16 years old, who became the winners of the open competition of children’s drawings “Children draw coins”, held by the National Bank as part of the Doors Open Day – 2014.
